VOIP over 3G on Iphone

With iCall, an Iphone customer will be able to make use of their existing 3G service to make VOIP calls. Does this mean that other VOIP providers like Fring and Nimbuzz will be able to enjoy such benefit too? I hope that Apple will relax their rules as it is just rediculous that VOIP over Iphone can only be done through Wi-Fi.

Update: 22/03/2010 - If you have a Jailbroken Iphone, you might be interested in downloading an application called VOIphone3G. It is only available through Cydia. It is free and it will allow you to use your existing 3G connection to make any VOIP calls. Just to remind you that if you do jailbreak your Iphone, you will be effectively have your Apple Iphone warranty void.
