I have to admit that after leaving frustrated with 3 UK for some time, they are back with a vengence! They have actually improved on their customer service! I am proud to be their customer once more! In fact, I have nothing but praises for them at the moment. Keep it up!!!
3 UK actually allow a customer to choose a mobile number which is available and change it later so long as they have a PAC. I'm loving it! Best of all, they are allowing customers to unlock their iphone 4 for a charge of £15 even though their contracts have not expired. This is what I call great service! Vodafone used to do it but they would not do it on the Iphone 4.
p/s: Shame on Vodafone!!! They are pretty bad at the moment!
