Goals and Targets

I went for a meeting yesterday and in that meeting I was being told of the forecast result and targets for the organisation for 2007/08.We were being informed that we would have to cut cost in any given situation to focus on our targets. One thing I noticed is that our organisation is getting bigger and so we would have to do much more to reach our targets.

We were given the opportunity to watch DVDs of the company's CEO in which he was really happy with the company's performance but loads more are required to improve the current situation. I can understand that.

Anyway, I was totally exhausted after the whole meeting and went home after that. I did learn a few little things such as we need to do things right the first time. Oh yes...
