It is funny though as I think the society is tearing itself apart. I could not understand why people would like to stay thin even though they are already thin. They want to have the bodies like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. Worst of all... Victoria Beckham?
Danger bells should ring as being too thin is bad. Our body needs nutrition and not being able to absorb proper nutrition will only affect the way how we behave.
As usual, people would always come to me and say that I have put on weight. Well, I know that I have not gain weight because I have always weight myself. I will not take into account what people will say to me because they don't know that I do weight myself! How could they see that I have gain weight? My stomach is always big since I was born! They don't know that. Well, not even all of you! Not until now...
Well, do you know what is the problem with the society? They read too much of fashion magazine. 'Oh, how I wish I could be like Lindsay Lohan... She is so pretty!' Wait a moment. Do you know that she had breast enlargement and full make up on? Too much make up will damage your skin! What does not like to have their body like an hour glass? Not everyone is perfect though. What is most important is that we need to eat properly. Not too much or too little but sufficient nutrition.
I was reading an article the other day about Jeri Ryan who acted in Star Trek: Voyager as Seven of Nine. She is a bomb shell... Yes, she is. Well, not everyone could be like her. She is unique. She is an individual. Just be happy of who you are.
For those people who wants to know whether they are overweight, they need to check on their BMI (Body Mass Index). If they are overweight or obese, they need to take drastic action. What do I mean by drastic action is to cut down on drinks and smoking. Well, maybe one pint a week and stop smoking. Do more exercise. Oh yes, if you can't do exercise, sexercise is recommended. It will help. Have more fruits and vegetables as your everyday meal. That will do you good. One more thing..Cut down drastically on crisps, fast food and fizzy drinks!
