There are several ways to be happy in life. Check this out:
(1) Cut your hair when it is long - With shorter hair, you would feel more relax and
comfortable;
(2) When you feel crap and sad, think about all the good things that happened in
your life. It helps to calm you down;
(3) Have self- control in life - Think before you react; and
(4) Try to smile more often than having a sour face as it will only drag your facial
skin downwards and you might feel old faster.
