Look after your Eyes

Due to the fact that we are getting more ultra sun ray from the Sun, I think I would have to take the advice in getting a pair of sunglasses. It helps to prevend me from getting catarect. So far I think it is important that everyone should get themselves a pair of sun glasses to protect their eyes. It does not need to be expensive but it is important for us to protect our own eyes. Try it... Please!
