Ungrateful People

I am quite shocked and unhappy with the place that I am working in. I think the managers who are really working there are basically doing their job without looking at their staff's need. I have nothing good to say to them except for the fact that they only think that they are correct and no one else is right.

As for me, I do not like to disappoint other people but sometimes, I think I would have to say no to them because I just could not do so. I do not want to just go ahead and take their word for it just to realise sometime later that what have I done was just to punish my body. That is pretty bad, ok? I think those managers working in the hypermarkets should be more sympathetic towards its staff. They shoudl reward those who are clearly quite soft spoken towards them and not to take advantage of people like me. Without staff, they will not succeed, I tell you...
