New Sentencing Law

There is a new law where by if you were the caused of death of anyone, abide a pedestrian or a road user while eating, smoking, putting on make up, sending a text message or anything else not being focused on the road, you will be subjected to a jail term besides a fine. Look up here and you will understand the new law. I do appreciate the new law and I think it is good. I still find drivers on their mobile phone, not using hands free kit! It only cost them £60 to £100 to install but they choose not to use it. What a shame...
