ISA should not be abused.

Following the release of Ms Tan of Sin Chew newspaper in Malaysia, I am writing here in support of those people like her, calling for more press freedom in the country. The irony is that as a result of the arrest, it lead to the resignation of the law minister Zaid, which I think, is unecessary. There is nothing against the PM Abdullah but he needs to jknow that there are people who likes to take advantage of the Act and create havoc. It is true.

Personally, I don't think the Act has been carried out properly. What is the problem here? There are certain quaters who wants people to be silent over sensitive issues. Why do we want to be silent when the truth is out there? Are we not going to defend ourselves? Simple by using the ISA would only show that the DPP does not have a clear case against the accused!

Come on people, we need some judicial review over here.
