Judge is Right

After reading through the case of an editor in Chief against a British judge over imposing a privacy law agiainst them, I would think that the judge was right in doing so. I don't believe in the EIC, saying that if other similar case allow freedom of press, why not in this case, right? Wrong

Judges are also human. I don't think intruding into other people's life is going to make things better. This is their private life. Am I wrong to say that the EIC is pretty mad at the judge beause the newspaper now can't sell any story regarding the individual? I think it is time for us to have some sort of control over the media. Look at Princess Diana. I believe that it was the urge to get hold of her story that lead to her death. It is all about selling stories and nothing else.

The issue here is whether it is wise for us to slap a ban on freedom of press? Well, I believe that in circumstances, it will be wise but not for too extreme. I don't know the balance, let the court rule out then,ok?
