I was put into that situation before and I can tell you that if there is a possibility, always try to look for a private landlord and not one going through the estate agent. Estate agents are HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible Estate Agent
Have you come across horrible estate agent? Have you been in a situation where by you are asked to pay for something which in your best honest reasonable opinion that you are not liable to pay for the upkeep of the house?
