Confusing Fuel Prices

I am really confused over here. I have just received the latest news about declining oil prices in the Asia Stock exchange but guess what? Oil prices are still quite high over in the UK and across Ireland! Petrol is still being sold at 94.5p a litre in many parts of the UK while in the Republic of Ireland it was being sold at around 105 cents a litre. Gosh! That is quite expensive, isn't it? I thought that with the drop in oil prices we will be looking at cheaper petrol and diesel prices but it does not seem to correspond to the drop in oil prices! We need some help here people!
