Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono

PKR opposition de facto leader, Datuk Anwar Ibrahim spoke about his personal opinion of the current Indonesian President. It was mentioned in the latest time Magazine (May 11, 2009), that Anwar has high hopes of the Indonesian President. Yudhoyono was assented to the throne back in 2004. He was not a typical person where you will accept his policy at first glance.

In Anwar's statement, he regarded his counterpart as a leader who could lead Indonesia out of the current financial crisis, taking into account poverty in Indonesia. I think the problem with Indonesia is that the gap between the rich and the poor is getting wider as the day pass by. We need people like Yudhoyono to pull things together for the country. I have to say that I totally agree with Anwar. Hidup PKR!!!

We do not want another 'Tragedi Oktober'.
