Can You Handle This?

I have been quite unhappy with some individuals who tried their ways to show off their powers to me and also to everyone. I have analysed the reasons why some people will want to show off what they have even though people know that they are not up to scratch.

• They felt threatened as if you are going to take over their work;
• They felt the need to show people who is still in charge ( even though they are not good at their work);
• They are jealous that you are more popular than them;
• They want to make you very small as they want to be-little you;
• They want to improve their level of confidence.

I think these people should reflect on themselves. They should look at themselves before pointing fingers on other people.
