After reading through an article about Kodak taking an action against Apple and Blackberry for their various infringement of their patents, I have to agree with they way how Kodak is pursuing the case. I do feel that both Apple and Blackberry should have paid royalties to Kodak if it is true that they have been a bad bad boy lately.
I don't see the reason why Kodak shouldn't pursue the case though. After all, Kodak is not trying to sue for something which does not belong to them. In fact, they are actually licensing the technology to other companies but in this case, both Apple and Blackberry failed to acknowledge Kodak's patent.
Watch this space...Apple should pay!!!
