I am quite happy with the fact that someone from Vodafone e-forum came back to me and acknowledged that there is a problem with a cell site around my place. The best part is that engineers are going to have a look at it. The good thing is that a fault has been logged and it is a good start!!!
I quite like Vodafone e-forum though. Sometimes it is much better than calling a customer service.
