I do have a Nokia E72 and it is now on firmware version 23.002. I'm quite disappointed with the firmware. The menu speed has decreased tremendously and I am getting crashing off and on ( I don't get crashing before upgrading to the latest firmware). The worst of all is the picture quality. The quality is not as good as before I've upgraded the firmware. At this moment, I'm also experiencing some quality issues in regards to video recording. I have set it to the best settings but it seems that the quality is not as good as before.
Come on Nokia, what's going on with you?
