Dell Products

For what's worth, I think Dell should reconsider their Quality Control. I was shocked to see that brand new parts from Dell was faulty! I don't understand how Dell is controlling their qulity control section. Do they ever learn from screaming customers about defective products?

I hope that Dell will improve on their products. Outsourcing is a good thing to do as it will save cost but at what expense? Penny wise pound foolish...

I have long not heard this favourite saying of my mum, "Penny wise pound foolish!" Hahahahhaha!

I find it rather sad and foolish that Huge World Companies favour outsourcing! I say it's a blatant act of ignorance and aragonce which will be a significant downfall of a company.

All at the expense of "Cheap Labour". It's blatant Greed and as the saying goes; "Pride Comes Before A Fall!"

I think Dell should just rethink about their outsourcing because it is not going to increase their customer support. I have been a loyal Dell customer but I think I might change my taste next time... Still, Dell is only a handful of companies which offers customised laptops...
