Never Trust an Employer too much

I am not going to suggest that anyone should abandon their employers or have bad feelings about their employers. This blog is to ask employees not to be in the same position as what I am about to say.

My important point is that an employee should not attach his or her feelings for the company. What I am trying to say is that an employee should not say that he or she must do something more because the employer is treating him or her very nicely. If someone like you are doing it, you might want to think twice before continuing being nice to the employer.

Employers will always try to be nice to you in the beginning. In return, you would be feeling that you are being felt appreciated and you want to do more for the employer without the need of them asking you first.

The point is, don't be too nice to your employers. If you do, you are landing youself in big trouble. There will be a point where by your employer may rely on you too much and may take advantage of you. Now, that is not bad enough, they will take even more advantage of you. There will be a point in time where by they would feel that you are not wanted and then they will just ask you to leave.

In the end, you need to think twice before being too nice to your employer.

Just do what your job specification states & be on guard for his possible reaction. Don't care much about him. Good For Nothing! God is with You & He Knows & Sees All Things!
