Cosmetic surgery will definately give people especially woman who went through it, a nice figure which is up to their expectations. However, I would suggest that cosmetic surgery should only be the last resort to woman who wants to look good. There are so many ways in which one can look good again. Please, never go under the knife if possible. This is particularly important because if things were to go wrong, there is nothing to suggest that complications will result afterwards.Fingers crossed!

Comestic Operations
I have never been a fan of cosmestic operations although there are so many woman and girls as young as 18 years old are going for a simple breast enlargement which could have killed them. Cosmestic surgeries are not free from any complications. Look at today's news and you will understand why am I against anyone who likes to take a short cut. Well, she is not the only one. There are so many people out there who wants to look good instantly - Cosmetic surgery.

It really depends who the qualified medical specialist is. If you speak about breast enlargement, it is a very old area in the medical field, it has been tested and it is safe depending on who the surgeon is.
I have an uncle who is a breast surgeon. It is completely safe and there are many women who desire it and it's not a short cut, there are no other ways to it for some women. Women who loose their breast to cancer can also have a reconstruction of their breast which looks and feel as good as the breast they loss or even better!
Yes, breast enlargement is quite normal but it does not mean that there is no risk involved. The problem is that people always feel uneasy about their body and they will do anything to make their body beautiful. Well, never go under the knife if possible, just to be safe.
The reality is, men don't find small breast and breastless women attractive. Women are consistantly under pressure about their breast. And women want to feel good about their breast. I stress here, if it's done by a qualified surgeon, it is safe.
However If it's done by a doctor who just studied about cosmetic surgey and then operates, it may be risky.
Just make sure that your doctor is a Qualified Surgeon in the area of your need. It should be safe.
Well, the thing is that we need to love our bodies! Don't feel disappointed with it. I think it is a natural thinking for many woman that they are unhappy with their bodies and they need to do something to do.
