MACC

Why are MACC officials raiding opposition parties' office when they have not been raiding BN offices? This is just so unfair. I have seen how Teresa Kok work and how she runs the office. There is nothing to suggest that she or the other opposition party members misused their funds. What on earth is going on with the local MACC officers then? Are they a toy of the BN then?

Update:

18/07/2009 - Police is conducting an investigation into the death of Teoh Beng Hock. Whilst an autopy show that he died from a fall(naturally it is obvious, right?), we could not be certain if he has committed suicide, pushed or even pressured to do so. I was laughing when the MACC chief declared that they have nothing to hide. Well, there is a possibility of an inside job. Once all evidence have been destroyed, there will be nothing to seek the truth, isn't it? Clever people! Oh yes, it is good that Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein asked the officials to wrap up the investigations early as it will create more problems if they don't do so. It might give an impression to the public that MACC themselves are hiding something from the people. Even the former ACA chief was arrested on the alleged that he took bribes. Well, what can you say about it now?

DAP assemblyman's aide falls to death at MACC HQ
2009/07/16

SHAH ALAM: The political secretary of Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah has been found dead at the premises of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters today.

Teoh Beng Hock, 30, had been taken there for questioning by the MACC at its 14th floor office in Plaza Masalam here yesterday evening.

The MACC had earlier raided Ean Yong's office in the Selangor State Secretariat over complaints of abuse of constituency development funds.

Teoh was believed to have been at the MACC headquarters until early this morning to record his statement.

In his Twitter message, DAP leader Lim Kit Siang has called for "no cover up".

Update: Police is closing on Selangor MACC's office. I am sure that intimidation by MACC's officials to the public at large will have a serious backfire upon MACC themselves. There is also an investigation as to how the poor guy died. At least someone is taking an action to express their disbelieve that his death was suicide. I don't think he committed suicide. He was murdered! The truth will reveal.

Documents were also seized from the Selangor MACC's office for further investigation. I am sure that the police will come up with something if they want the public to remain calm. This is an outrage!!!

I do welcome MCA's push for a Royal Commission to look into the cause of Mr. Teoh's death. It should be done without much delay as the news is of great public interest.

It was mentioned that there were no CCTV footage of him leaving the building when he fell to his death. Hum... Coincidence? I think not...

Justice must be delievered for for Teoh & his family! and it's not the business of the national registration department to say that his child is out of wedlock! What the fuck are they talking about!

These idiotic fools are using Islam as a benchmark in interfering with Chinese Culture! I say, FUCK YOU !!!

Hum...I wonder what BN leaders have to say about the death of Mr. Teoh... So far no comments from the prime minister himself during parliament sessions. How uncool of him.

It is really good to know that the government is going to set up a Royal Commission and also an inquest as to the death surrounding Mr Teoh. I welcome the movement by the government as it is the right thing to do.

As Karpal Singh says; 'A Royal Comission is better than an Inquest!'. They are setting up an inquest instead. The Royal Commission is only to investigate MACC questioning skills. I'm not to pleased really.

I am so delighted to hear that the inquest into the death of Teoh Beng Hock has been delayed until August 5, 2009 for lawyers representing the family members to gather more information. I'll be watching...
